Special rates for the conference:  US$115+tax (single)   US$125+tax (double)
A limited number of rooms will be available at this rate until they are sold out. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date (June 25th, 2001) will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis up to the Group block. If the group rate is not available after the cut-off date, the prevailing rates will apply for any reservations confirmed. Hyatt check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is noon. There is a limited number of Hyatt rooms available at the student rate of $85/room, maximum occupancy, four students per room. There is also student housing available at the University of Kentucky.

The student dormitory used for this conference is the Kirwin Towers. It is located on main campus. Parking is available near the dorms at the Wildcat Stadium.

  The cost of student housing at the Lexington Hyatt Regency is: $85/per night, with up to four students in a room.

  There will be a student mixer party on Tuesday, July 17th in the Hyatt Regency Hightops Lounge. The mixer is your chance to meet your colleagues from all over the world. Food and drink will be provided. The hours will be 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
