The American Carbon Society
The Membership Dues are currently $100 (US Dollars) for a Membership Term. Please note that if you choose to register online, we also need to charge a $5 processing fee, so you will pay a total of $105.
A Membership Term is currently set to last until the end of the calendar year in which the next Society-organized conference is held (Carbon Conference 2026, with Membership expiry date of 31 December 2026).
We use PayPal as our online payment gateway and credit card processor. If you have a PayPal account you may use it to pay if you wish to do so. However, YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO REGISTER AS A MEMBER!
STEP 1 – To Register, simply complete the New User Registration Form below, and click on the Register button. You will then be transferred to the website Payment page.
STEP 2 – To Complete Your Payment, click on the button to Click To Proceed To PayPal. You will then be transferred to the PayPal secure server where you can choose to pay EITHER by using your PayPal account OR without having a PayPal account:
To Pay With Your PayPal Account – enter your PayPal Login Credentials and proceed to pay.
To Pay Without A PayPal Account – simply choose the option to Checkout as Guest
Then, enter your e-mail
You will then be transferred to the PayPal Guest Checkout Page, where you can enter your personal information & credit card details in order to make your payment
PayPal online payments system operates in over 200 countries. However, please note that some countries are blocked by PayPal. If you are in one of the countries listed below you will need to contact the American Carbon Society Secretary/Treasurer in order to make your payment.
